My refund request's phone number is 2017030450 and it has been pending since 17/8/2017. Am I going to ever get my refund?

Let me first inform you about how we provide our service:
We provide a personal agent service. We, as your personal agent, help to claim your VAT refund amount at the shop(s) where you have purchased goods. You are in your right to claim the full VAT amount however, the government does not facilitate this. Each retailer handles the reimbursement of VAT in different ways and is not obligated to cooperate with requests.
We help you claim the total VAT by contacting the retailer and requesting the full VAT refund amount in your name. We, like you, are then dependent on the time the shop takes and their cooperation to reimburse the VAT. At this moment we have not received the full VAT amount from the shop(s).
As soon as we have received your total VAT refund amount or have more insight on wether the shop is willing to cooperate, we will inform you directly by e-mail.

Your documentation for refund 2017037699 has been complete since 03-11-2017. You have received an email notifying you about this. Today is the 22nd working day since then, so the 40 days have not passed yet. Also, please note 40 days is the average time it takes to process your VAT refund. Each retailer handles the reimbursement of VAT in different ways and the time it takes to complete the refund does differ as well.
Looking at the history of the store, we expect the payment somewhere this month. As soon as we have received the payment from the store, we will let you know via email. You will receive an email to confirm your payment details. You can also change your payment details via that email if you wish. After you have done so, your payment will be transferred with the next payment batch.
Currently we are still waiting for the payment from ‘Smeg outlet’. We would like to ask you for more time to collect the total VAT amount. As soon as we have received your total VAT refund amount or have more insight on whether the shop is willing to cooperate, we will inform you directly by e-mail. In order to try and speed things up a little, I have sent them a reminder today.
Ik zie dat de betaling van de winkel net binnen is. Om het verder wat te bespoedigen, heb ik de uitbetaling naar u vast in gang gezet. Ik heb u zojuist een e-mail gestuurd met het verzoek uw betaalgegevens te bevestigen. Als u dat doet via de link in die e-mail, wordt uw uitbetaling toegevoegd aan onze eerstvolgende betaalbatch.
