Your customers need a purchase receipt which meets standard requirements for a VAT refund.
Here is what should be stated on the receipt:
NAC* details of the shop (seller)
NCP** details of your customer (buyer)
Description of goods
Total amount of VAT
*NAC = name, address and country of residence
**NCP = name, non-EU country of residence and passport number
