There are two different ways to submit your claim and each tool has a different formula that determines the service fee:

As per the beginning of October 2017, our new platform to submit your claims is live. Rates have changed when you use this renewed platform. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the VAT paid. This percentage is always 30% of the VAT, with a minimum fee of €2,50 and a maximum fee of €80,00 per receipt.
Registration via postal mail or via our service desk (we submit the claim for you):
The fee is 30% of the VAT, with a minimum fee of €2,50 and a maximum fee of €80,00 per receipt.
